Launch of the SPIE Strasbourg Student Chapter – presentation at IPCMS on Sept. 9th

This new student initiative , aimed at all students interested in photonics at the University of Strasbourg. is part of the Society for Optics and Photonics Technology, SPIE.

Event Details:

  • Date: Tuesday, 9 September
  • Time: 2–3 PM
  • Location: IPCMS Auditorium, Cronenbourg Campus

What is SPIE?

SPIE is an organization dedicated to advancing light-based science and technology through conferences, publications, and global student outreach such as summer schools and networking.

Why a Student Chapter?

The goal of the student chapter is to organize events locally and regionally through the Institut Photonique at Grand Est to further photonics education and networking opportunities. We have an open budget.
But we need your help to make it happen! If you have a great idea or really want to know more about a specific topic, let’s organize the event together!
